Birch Pool Terms & Conditions

1 – We will confirm holiday upon receipt of your deposit which is
£400.

2 – Deposits are non refundable.

3 – The Lake & Lodge is to be Vacated 10.30am on your day of your
departure.

4 – If it is necessary to alter a confirmed booking we will try to
accommodate you if at all possible.

5 – Birchpool Retreat accepts no
Responsibility in respect of any flight or cancellations due to
weather, strikes, terrorism , Covid-19 or events beyond our
control. You must make sure you have all the relevant up to date
travel documents.

6 – We reserve the right to terminate your holiday if you do not
abide by our rules at Birchpool Retreat, without compensation or
any refund.

7 – If you cause damage you will be liable for any replacement costs.

8 – You are expected to take reasonable care of all hired Fishing
equipment as well as all the Contents provided in the Lodge.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your
holiday.

9 – Our liability to you will not exceed the amount paid to us for your
holiday. We accept no liability for any death or personal injury
unless this is a result of our own negligence. You must take all the
necessary steps to safeguard your own personal safety.

10 – We don’t charge holding Deposit on arrival, all of our
equipment is checked on your Arrival and Your Departure when
you leave An appropriate sum will be billed to you if any
equipment is found to be damaged.

11 – In the unlikely event of any complaint, this must be reported to
us directly or put in writing within seven days of your holiday.

12 – We accept your deposit and booking form on the understanding
that you have read the terms and conditions and you accept them.

13 – We recommend that you carry travel insurance as adequate
protection for yourself and your belongings against theft, damage
or injury. You should have an up to date passport. Insurance is not
included in your holiday.

14 – Your Booking with Birchpool Retreat signifies that you accept
full responsibility and you are in full agreement as in the Terms
and Conditions set out , and that Birchpool Retreat is fully exempt
from any claims whatsoever.
